**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for working with thin gauge materials to create high-quality sheet metal products.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Working with modern sheet metal fabrication equipment to produce high-quality products
- Collaborating with other teams to meet project deadlines
- Developing and implementing efficient production processes
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

**Requirements**

- 2+ years of experience as a sheet metal fabricator or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Basic level MIG welding skills and ability to operate CNC machines
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £18.50, including occasional overtime at 1.5x normal pay. Our team members also enjoy a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme and access to training and development opportunities.
