Unlocking Digital Forensics Expertise

At Locke & McCloud, we are seeking a skilled Associate Consultant to join our Digital Forensics team. As a Digital Forensics Specialist, you will deliver technical expertise and consultative solutions across Digital Forensics, Incident Response, and Cyber Security.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Preservation: Collect and preserve digital data using industry-standard tools and techniques.
  • Forensic Analysis and Cyber Security: Assist in providing forensic analysis and cyber security services to our clients.
  • Support Investigation Teams: Work closely with our regional and international teams, including Discovery & Data Insights, Cyber Response, and Crisis Management divisions.
  • Deliverables: Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality reports and findings to our clients.
  • Defensible Work: Ensure all work is defensible and meets evidential standards as appropriate for the tasks.
  • Expert Testimony: Provide expert testimony in court as and when required.
  • Innovation and Initiative: Demonstrate creativity and initiative in delivering day-to-day duties.
  • International Travel: Be available for international travel (up to 25% of the time).
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest digital forensic techniques, tools, and trends.

Requirements:

  • Forensic Accreditations: Certifications such as EnCE, ACE, or GCFE.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a Digital Forensics role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Educational Background: Educated to BSc level in IT or a similar technical degree, or possess related experience.
