TPF Recruitment is proud to be representing a dynamic and forward-thinking firm of chartered accountants based in Brighton. We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their Finance team, offering a fantastic opportunity to work with a business that values work-life balance and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with clients and business owners via email and telephone to resolve queries and manage payment plans.
- Utilize software to send statements and maintain accurate records, with training provided to ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with internal managers, partners, the Head of Finance, and the CFO to drive financial performance and growth.
- Develop and manage payment plans to ensure timely payment from clients.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues as necessary to maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Process card payments and manage escalations of debtors for legal action when required.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Credit Control, with a strong understanding of legal procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Experience working within a B2C environment, with a proven track record of success in credit control.
- Previous accounts experience is desirable but not required.
