**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

**Job Description:**

  • To ensure timely and accurate cost management, dealing with contractual issues, procurement, and payment of sub-contractors from pre-operational stage through to final account settlement.
  • To manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of value engineering, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Sr Quantity Surveyor qualifications and memberships within the industry.
  • Previous exposure to remediation works of legacy building projects (Fire / recladding) or RC Frame or high-rise type projects.
