Customer Experience Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our Customer Squad at Wolf & Badger.

This role involves delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience across our website, representing the voice of our customers across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing our end-to-end design process for the Wolf & Badger website
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure we deliver the right solutions for customers
  • Maintaining and delivering against our design system
  • Ensuring UI excellence in our designs and delivered product
  • Regularly engaging with customers to understand their needs and designing better solutions
  • Working with Product Managers to inform and guide our Product Strategy
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, evangelising them internally
  • Mentoring junior members of the design team

  • Extensive experience (ideally 5+ years) in a similar B2C/e-commerce environment, delivering customer-facing experiences

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
