Product Manager, Software

As a Product Manager, Software, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Electronic Arts' (EA) IT products. Reporting to the Director of Product & Customer Success, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver impactful solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with IT functions to understand business needs and develop product strategies that align with company goals.
  • Conduct research to uncover customer needs and pain points, and partner with engineering, UX, and external vendors to assess build vs. buy options.
  • Manage the delivery cycle, from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with team members to lead process, people, and policy changes to enhance product development.
  • Communicate product changes to stakeholders through various channels and create training materials as needed.
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to solicit customer feedback and analyze data to inform product development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Experience with Software Asset Management is essential.
  • Proven track record of delivering products on time and within budget.
