Job Title: Part Two Architectural Assistant

Location: Suffolk

Salary: £25,000- £30,000 dependent on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Part Two Architectural Assistant to join our successful Architectural and planning consultancy in Suffolk. Our dynamic practice has a diverse portfolio of building types, including leisure, agricultural, and commercial projects, as well as housing developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the company
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Part One and Part Two qualifications in Architecture
  • 1-2 years of post-Part Two qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
  • Good knowledge of Building Regulations
  • Experience working across a diverse portfolio of projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive and positive approach to work
