Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the transformation of Camden's vacant spaces into productive hubs for small businesses and communities. As a Social Value Property Development Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing initiatives that drive social value and community benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the social value of Camden's property assets
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve social value objectives
  • Advise on leasing unconventional spaces and negotiate leases with social value outcomes
  • Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop innovative approaches and resources to maximize community benefits

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Extensive knowledge and experience in commercial property management and landlord-tenant negotiationsA strong understanding of property law and best practices in valuation techniquesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work well within a team and efficiently plan and execute complex tasksStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
