Full Time, Term Time, 41 weeks per year.

Maternity Cover, Fixed term until 4th July or return of the post holder. To commence 14th October 2024.

Salary:

Pro-rata of Points 11-14 of the Sixth Form College's Support Staff pay spine, which is currently £26,097 - £28,549 (Actual Salary £23, £26,033.83)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the progress of a caseload of students
  • Deliver engaging group tutorials
  • Provide personalized pastoral support and guidance
  • Collaborate with students to set and monitor targets related to achievement, retention, attendance, and progression
  • Develop pastoral resources to support students' learning experience and wellbeing
