Job Summary

Carepro Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Support Professional to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our staff, you will provide vital support to families and children in need, ensuring their well-being and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct support to children and families, addressing immediate needs and concerns.
  • Developing and implementing personalized plans to support children's development and well-being.
  • Working closely with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least five years' experience in a related field, with a strong track record of supporting vulnerable populations.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (Vulnerable Children & Adults) and registration on the Update Service.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including ad-hoc and long-term assignments.

Salary: £38,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
