Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Logistics Support Assistant to join our team at Fastenal Europe, Ltd. This role involves supporting the warehouse operations team, ensuring seamless customer service delivery, and maintaining accurate records.


About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum, with excellent long-term prospects and progression opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, engaging customers, purchasing stock, and general operations in the POS. IT skills are advantageous, but not essential.


Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Services:
    • Handling incoming calls and delivering satisfaction
    • Engaging customers and purchasing stock
    • Communicating with colleagues and providing customers with updates
    • IT skills are advantageous

  • Warehouse:
    • Picking, packing, receiving, cycle counts, and managing shipping and processing goods
    • General warehouse operations, and forklift license would be a plus but can be obtained on-the-job
