The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team in the West Midlands or surrounding area.
This role will involve managing a portfolio of clients' insurance programs, identifying opportunities for business growth, and working closely with our directors and broking team to deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have experience in the commercial insurance market, customer service, account management, or new business development in a financial services or service business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse range of new business enquiries and opportunities generated through our established network of introducers and referrals.
- Working closely with our directors and broking team to ensure clients receive an exceptional level of service.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and developing strategies to achieve this.
- Managing a portfolio of clients' insurance programs, including fully advisory business.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a negotiable salary range of £35k-£45k, a generous commission structure, and a range of benefits, including professional qualifications and memberships support.
