About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Associate to join our team at Wearefounders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with our founders and teams to drive business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our founders and teams to identify and pursue high-profile strategic projects, including fundraising, product development, and team building and scaling.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to our founders and teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our founders, teams, and key stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and plans to drive growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a business development or strategic role, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including fundraising, product development, and team building and scaling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with founders, teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
