Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in one of our retail stores. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of Joules, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. You'll be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
