Landscape Horticulturist

Job Description

As a Landscape Horticulturist at BSL, you will play a critical role in maintaining the health and beauty of our clients' landscapes. This includes conducting thorough tree assessments, performing pruning, felling, and removal tasks, and preparing sites for planting or maintenance activities.

You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure projects are completed on time while adhering to safety regulations. Your expertise in tree care and landscape maintenance will enable you to provide valuable advice to clients, enhancing their knowledge and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in horticulture or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and machinery.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is advantageous, enabling effective communication with clients.
• Experience in groundskeeping activities will be considered a plus, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
• A valid driving license is desirable for transportation to job sites, enhancing flexibility and responsiveness.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the company offers a bonus scheme, commission pay, performance bonus, tips, and yearly bonus.
