About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Hartford Care. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, individualised care and support to residents during the day time, promoting each person's privacy, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the shift and team members
  • Work together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere
  • Carry out direct observations, check activities logs, and give detailed handovers

Requirements

  • Good team leading, delegation, and organisational skills
  • Completed or currently undertaking L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Caring, warm, and understanding
  • Spontaneous, patient, flexible, and have a good sense of humour

What We Offer

An additional £1,000 attraction payment, paid as £500.00 on joining and £500.00 on completion of the probationary period. This will only be valid for direct applications, not through an agency. T&Cs apply.

Shift pattern: Days, full-time, part-time, and flexible working available.
