Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Team Leader to join our UK-based Fluid Power Team as a key member of our Engineering Office. Reporting directly to the Drives and Controls Group Manager, you will be responsible for the progress of projects within your team, from enquiry to issue of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enquiry Preparation: Manage, coordinate, allocate, and control manpower required to process engineering enquiries according to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Project Activity: Coordinate, plan, and prioritise fluid power projects undertaken by the Drives and Controls Group, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Personnel: Demonstrate leadership, promote training and development of subordinates, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to others to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in people management, good personal discipline, planning, and organisational skills. A salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum reflects the level of expertise required.
