Elevate your sales career with a leading ServiceNow Elite Partner, Crossfuze. We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join our best-in-class SDR function.
About the Role:- Drive lead generation through inbound and outbound channels, building a robust sales pipeline.
- Play a key part in shaping and defining the future of our SDR team.
- Target prospective customers through networking, referrals, social media, phone calls, and emails.
- Engage with prospects across multiple sectors and geographies, introducing the value Crossfuze provides.
- Proactively follow up on inbound and 'warm' leads generated through marketing efforts.
- Schedule and coordinate Discovery meetings between qualified leads and Sales Account Executives.
- Nurture prospects until they reach a pre-defined level of qualified interest.
- Minimum 3 years of Sales/Sales Development experience.
- Proven track record as a top performer in previous roles.
- Experience with technical solution sales.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Humble confidence and self-motivation with a drive to achieve goals and targets.
