About the Role

This permanent part-time position at 26.5 hours per week all year round is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and organised Assistant Coordinator to join our service based in Beaconsfield.

As a Co-Leader of a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.

You will be responsible for developing and facilitating an engaging child-centered program, fostering healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents, and leading a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.

About the Service

Our service is based in a vibrant school community with open communication and collaboration. We are a well-established team who know the service and the families.

This role would provide you with plenty of professional development and learning opportunities, with the opportunity to step into higher leadership roles in the future.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with warmth, strong communication skills, and rapport building. You should also have attention to detail and the ability to manage paperwork.

You will need to hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children, and have Australian work rights.
