About the Role:
- You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, developing personalized care plans that cater to their unique requirements.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including mobility, dressing, bathing, toileting, and medication management.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping them maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, family members, and carers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document client progress, observations, and concerns in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in care work or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic life support training (CPR/AED) certification.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' locations.
