About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Estates Team, providing estates and asset management services to a range of clients. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality services and will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership, management, and direction in a manner consistent with the Group values.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective day-to-day management and robust performance management of the team.
- Work in conjunction with all clients to develop, implement, and monitor property strategies in accordance with the client's corporate plans.
- Liaise with clients in support of Estate & Asset Management initiatives.
- Responsible for monitoring the income and expenditure of the team.
- Provide proactive and responsive strategic advice to clients on all property issues.
- Ensure the valuation Team business plan and financial targets are achieved.
- Ensure effective managing and resourcing of work and inspire a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Fee earning and contribute to the achievement of the Estates business plan objectives and targets.
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the grade of the post including frequent travel to other offices as required.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an Estates related discipline and previous experience in managing a Team and/or management responsibilities. A Full UK Driving Licence is also required.
