We are seeking a highly skilled Service Retention Specialist to enhance our customer experience at Listers Land Rover Dealership in Droitwich.
The ideal candidate will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with a rota basis on Saturdays.
This role offers an excellent basic salary, with an OTE of £30,400 plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and increase loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
