What You'll Do
A day in the life of our Food and Beverage Trainees demands high levels of energy, consistency, and creativity. They will be responsible for supporting the F&B outlet in providing the highest standard of service, including mise-en-place and table set-up, speedy delivery of food, and organizing teas and coffees. Our Trainees will have the opportunity to experience 3 different departments during their 12-month training program, gaining valuable experience and skills in a variety of settings.
Our Food and Beverage Trainees will have the opportunity to learn about the service, gain valuable experience, and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They will be exposed to different outlets, including relaxed day dining in The Barn, afternoon tea service on the terrace, and exposure to some of our amazing events held at the hotel.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for individuals who share our values of passion, personality, respect, working together, and creativity. Our Food and Beverage Trainees must be able to communicate effectively with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment and consistency. They must be flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
English is the primary language used in our hotel, and our Food and Beverage Trainees must feel comfortable communicating in this language. Some experience working in Food and Beverage will be beneficial, but full training will be provided for our trainees.
