Job Opportunity: Business Development Representative

A great opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a leading financial services company in the UK. This business development role has a competitive basic salary and lots of commission earning potential once you have built a pipeline of sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Working in a small team within a large organisation, not in a call centre.
  2. Outbound B2B sales to generate appointments for the field team.
  3. Making around 100 outbound calls per day.
  4. Developing relationships with business contacts.
  5. Approximately 2-4 hours call time a day focusing on quality conversations with key contacts.
  6. Converting inbound sales leads.
  7. Liaising with the field sales team.
  8. Checking through contact data.
  9. Conducting follow up emails and associated admin.
Requirements:
  1. Previous outbound B2B sales experience.
  2. Experience of high volume outbound calling.
