About the Role

This Practice Development Lead position plays a pivotal role in driving the creation of new products and services for the Private Client teams tailored to our clients' evolving needs. As a subject matter expert in private client law, you will contribute to knowledge management initiatives, deliver training, and support business winning activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to enhance our service offerings and generate revenue.
  • Deliver technical training to clients and stakeholders, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Requirements
  • A current Practising Certificate and a strong background in private client law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Experience working in a project-based environment, with a proven track record of delivering results.
What We Offer

Our firm offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
