About The Job

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cleaner at Atlas FM. As part of our award-winning team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in your working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dedicate your time on site to ensuring seamless service delivery and meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Participate in induction and training programs within your first week of work to learn how to deliver cleaning specifications and use equipment effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer care across various shift hours.
  • Operate site-based equipment and handle cleaning materials with attention to safety and quality standards.
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times, adhering to guidelines and protocols provided by Atlas.

  • Display an attitude to thrive and excel in this role, with a passion for delivering high-quality services.
  • Be physically capable of carrying out the demands of the job.
  • possess a basic level of spoken English for effective communication on safety matters and with members of the public and management teams.
  • Show excellent social skills to deliver exceptional service with a smile.
  • Hold a valid right to work in the UK, providing evidence upon request.
  • Possess a DBS/Enhanced DBS check, as required for this role.

Estimated Salary: £11,440 per annum
