Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about our menu and products.
  • Prepare and cook all menu items to a high standard, using only sustainable ingredients sourced from environmentally responsible suppliers.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating our S.A.V.E values and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and ensure that your team follows company procedures to safeguard everyone's well-being.
  • Work closely with your Operations Manager to drive store performance, maximize turnover and profitability, and achieve key targets.
