Academic Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Academic Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating private equity transaction documentation, providing commercially focused legal advice, and coordinating with clients and internal/external specialists to manage transactions efficiently.
Qualifications/Skills Required- 3-6 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong corporate law experience with a specific interest in private equity
- Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines, and prioritise effectively
- A proactive, resilient team player with excellent relationship-building abilities
- A commitment to personal and professional development
- Strong academic background and professional qualifications
