About the Role

As a Travel Money Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their foreign exchange needs. You will work closely with our retail customers to understand their travel requirements and tailor their experience to meet their needs.

You will be the face of Travelex, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers. You will also be responsible for processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
