About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Design Professional to join our team at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery. As a Lead Kitchen Sales Designer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our flagship branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including traders and homeowners, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Design and present inspirational kitchen solutions using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Work closely with external sales representatives to ensure customer requirements are met and sales targets are achieved.
  • Regularly visit customers' homes or building sites to draw up designs and present them to customers.
  • Ensure customer safety is at the forefront of all interactions, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • No previous industry experience is necessary, but transferable skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a thirst for sales and design are essential.
  • Methodical and tenacious approach, with meticulous planning and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with a drive and energy to succeed, and a strong self-starter mentality.
