Job Title: HGV Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV driver to join our team at MKM Building Supplies. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to our customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Class 2 HGV vehicles to deliver building materials to customers
  • Operate HIAB crane to load and unload materials
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment to assist with yard duties as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Meet safety and regulatory requirements for HGV driving and HIAB operation

Requirements:

  • Class 2 HGV license
  • HIAB certification (preferred but not essential)
  • Digital tachograph card
  • Up-to-date CPC training
  • Knowledge of the building industry and building products (desirable)
