About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at one of our retail stores in Bristol Cribbs. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, supporting the Store Manager and driving sales growth.

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum, plus bonus opportunities tied to individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall success of the store.
