The successful candidate will have completed their NQP competencies and ideally have post-basic dysphagia training. This role will allow you to:

We offer a comprehensive in-service education program, supported by close links with the University of Brighton and other academic institutions. A relocation package is available for successful candidates, and we actively promote staff development through postgraduate courses, CENs, and in-house clinical forums.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of a new service area focused on supporting clients with SLT needs and mental health challenges. You will collaborate with external mental health services to develop a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to care.
