About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AAT Audit and Accounts Senior to join our team at MHA. As a key member of our audit and accounts team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare assignments to strict deadlines, reporting to directors or senior managers as required.
  2. Supervise allocated staff and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
  3. Collate project data and summarise into suitable formats for review.
  4. Liaise with tax staff to ensure work is planned and deadlines are met.
  5. Comply with firm policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  6. Fulfill ongoing obligation to Continuing Professional Development.
Requirements
  1. ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  2. A minimum of 2 years' audit experience in an accountancy practice.
  3. Up-to-date technical knowledge of Auditing and Financial Reporting Standards.
  4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  5. A strong commercial awareness.
  6. Flexible to work additional hours as required.
