Job Summary:

As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards, and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, including merchandising product to visual guidelines and maintaining housekeeping standards.
  • Support the sales team to achieve sales targets, including setting up promotional activities and working with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, with fashion brands being a plus.
  • Sales and retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating system of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • Free jewellery, with the option to purchase additional items at a discounted rate.
  • Flexible working hours, with the ability to work during the day or evening, Monday to Friday.
  • No weekend working.
