Housekeeping Associate

A Part-Time Room Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional Guest and Member experience by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and replenishing amenities in a timely manner. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards
• Vacuum rooms and corridors to ensure a clean and safe environment
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks to maintain the quality of guest rooms
• Restock and maintain trolleys on a daily basis to ensure efficient service
• Report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and take ownership of replacing or repairing them to minimize guest disruption
• Ensure all equipment inside and around guest rooms, as well as in work areas, is in working condition
• Be environmentally aware and dispose of waste accordingly
• Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure a positive guest experience
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
• Carry out lost property procedures to ensure efficient resolution
• Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships

• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues
• Excellent grooming standards and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexible and reliable with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
