Role Overview
">We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for Secure Environments to join our team at HMP Onley. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and contributing to our nursing strategy and vision.
">Responsibilities
">Your responsibilities will include working within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service, undertaking medication rounds, dispensing controlled medication, attending emergency response situations, assessing patients, and undertaking reception screening.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Registered nurse – Adult qualification, Current professional qualification (NMC), Evidence of Continued Professional Development, and an understanding of clinical governance, health and safety, QOF, EBP, and national standards.
