Job Summary:
A talented and experienced CNC Machining Specialist is required to join our client, a leading innovator in the cast metals sector. This exciting opportunity involves working as part of a dynamic team shaping the future of manufacturing.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting pattern assembly instructions from the Design Team, confirming and implementing manufacturing routes using SLA patterns, Styrofoam patterns, or sand-printed moulds, and crafting precise patterns following route card specifications and revisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret pattern assembly instructions from the Design Team
• Confirm and implement manufacturing routes using SLA patterns, Styrofoam patterns, or sand-printed moulds
• Craft precise patterns following route card specifications and revisions
• Utilise Autodesk Powermill to create CAM tool paths for CNC machining
• Operate CNC machines, set up SLA builds, and handle post-build cleanup
• Manufacture and assemble running and gating systems for ceramic mould preparation
• Conduct quality checks and collaborate with the CMM department

What We Offer:
