About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Careline Lifestyles Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality dining experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious meals that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food production.
  • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 (desirable).
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
