Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Cleaner to join our team at Addition+. As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high-level cleaning and maintenance of communal areas, including external and internal spaces.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and stakeholders.
  • Work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, and defects, and undertake routine safety and fire safety checks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a flexible and dedicated team.
  • Current and full Driving License (essential for using a company van).
  • Experience in achieving agreed works within agreed time frames.
