Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to lead our finance team in the UK.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing a small team of 3 and reporting directly to the Founder.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation and take on a leadership role in finance, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Lead a small team of finance professionals.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management.
