About The Role

Award-winning Daylesford Organic, one of the most famous farm estates and organic producers in the UK, with luxury caf s and farm shops in London and the Cotswolds, is looking for an engaging Caf Team Member to join our team.

You'll ideally have worked in a restaurant or caf setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury caf s feature seasonal farm-to-fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, and as a Caf Team Member, you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our clientele.

Your Role
  • Straight shifts, allowing you a great work-life balance
  • Daylesford is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts, including weekends, is essential and opening and closing shifts
  • Management training and progression opportunities beyond caf team leader
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a caf team leader would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity, as full training will be given
  • People with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service
