Job Title: Business Assurance & Risk Officer
Overall Purpose of Job
To carry out business assurance activities across the business, providing support to the Assurance and Risk Specialist and deputising for them where required.
- Permanent position £30,089 p.a.
- Monday to Friday

Main Responsibilities
- Manage the Internal Audit programme, working with the business to identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential threats to the business.
- Collaborate with the Assurance and Risk Specialist to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues on risk management and compliance matters.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications in risk management or a related field.
