Link 3 Recruitment is seeking a motivated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. This role involves delivering engaging lessons, monitoring and supporting students, and contributing to the wider school community.

The successful candidate will have experience teaching or tutoring at a secondary level, a good understanding of the KS3 and 4 curriculum, and completed Behaviour Management Certificate. They will also be familiar with safeguarding policies and have the legal right to work in the UK.

  • Deliver subject lessons provided by the school to students at KS3 and KS4 levels.
  • Monitor and support students through the lesson to help them achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Teaching or tutoring at a secondary level.
  • Curriculum Understanding: Good understanding of the KS3 and 4 curriculum.
  • Certification: Completed Behaviour Management Certificate.
  • Safeguarding Policies: Familiarity with safeguarding policies.
  • Work Authorization: Legal right to work in the UK.
