Job Title: Senior Field Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team in West London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and repair to our clients' industrial cleaning equipment.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality service and repair to industrial cleaning equipment, ensuring a world-class service experience for our clients.
  • Communicate effectively with our Regional Service Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders and van stocks, adhering to our quality standards.
  • Identify and communicate sales leads to our sales team, promoting healthy relationships with customers and our One Professional Team.
  • Participate in on-job coaching with our Regional Manager to ensure personal development and growth.
Requirements:
  • 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 or equivalent, including English and Maths.
  • Formal mechanical/electrical qualifications.
  • Proven experience in the service and/or cleaning industry or willingness to fast-track through training.
  • Fantastic communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Able to improvise and be conversant with customers.
