About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a specialist in occupational therapy, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic services to individuals with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and developmental trauma.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with psychologists, speech and language therapists, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to our clients. Your expertise in sensory integration and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams will be invaluable in this role.

We are looking for a practitioner who is passionate about delivering outstanding therapeutic services and has a clear vision for what this looks like in practice. You will be responsible for developing and implementing bespoke assessment and intervention plans, working collaboratively with our clients and their families to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and implement bespoke assessment and intervention plans
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support
  • Manage and lead a team of therapists and support staff
  • Contribute to the development of our therapeutic services and ensure they are aligned with our organisational goals
