About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for qualifying leads and supporting our Sales Executives in selling life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and maintaining accurate records of contact and development
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to qualify their requirements
  • Arranging and making callback calls at a time agreed with the customer
  • Working collaboratively with Sales teams and providing support as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outbound B2C or lead generation is essential
  • Professionalism and the ability to follow scripts and guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate data and reports on KPIs
  • Resilience and a driven nature, with the ability to work independently

Working Hours and Salary:

9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. £24,000 basic salary (OTE £30,000 uncapped)
