About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Workshop Recruitment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for qualifying leads and supporting our Sales Executives in selling life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and maintaining accurate records of contact and development
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to qualify their requirements
- Arranging and making callback calls at a time agreed with the customer
- Working collaboratively with Sales teams and providing support as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound B2C or lead generation is essential
- Professionalism and the ability to follow scripts and guidelines
- Maintaining accurate data and reports on KPIs
- Resilience and a driven nature, with the ability to work independently
Working Hours and Salary:
9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. £24,000 basic salary (OTE £30,000 uncapped)
