About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation, Control, and Automation Technician to join our team at Southern Water. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, repair, diagnose, modify, and install instrumentation systems, including flow, level, pressure, temperature, and chemical systems.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in automation and control systems, staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications, such as ONC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, or a time-served apprenticeship.
  • A full, valid UK driving license.
  • Experience in the water or waste water industry, with a strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems.
