The Senior Business Associate role is a position within the Internal Audit Chief Operating Office (COO) that requires leveraging your audit expertise to ensure coverage of critical risks to Citi within the audit plan.

You will support the global risk assessment calibration process with the objective of the audit entity universe being assessed at the right frequency. Partner with the broader IA function to successfully produce a top-down audit approach and ensure the annual plan that is risk-focused and provides a holistic opinion on top risks.

Lead execution of controls to monitor changes to the audit universe and potential impacts to the plan. Leverage audit skillset to ensure that audit coverage strategies articulate why a topic is a critical risk to Citi and that the audit work supports the overall audit opinion to be rendered to Senior Management and the Board.

A competitive base salary of around $95,000 per year reflects the value of this role in driving business strategy and management decisions. In addition to your remuneration, enjoy a generous holiday allowance starting at 27 days plus bank holidays and a discretional annual performance-related bonus.

The ideal candidate will possess experience within audit delivery, including conducting audits and managing audit entities, as well as related certifications such as CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar. Proven ability to execute concurrently on a portfolio of high-quality deliverables according to strict timetables is also required.
