Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the collection, management, and analysis of property data to inform investment decisions.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve home quality and maximise returns on investment.
  • Oversee a comprehensive and reliable data collection program to support ongoing operations.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure the 30-year business plan integrates the investment approach effectively.
  • Manage and improve property data systems, ensuring compliance with legal, statutory, and safety requirements.
  • Lead the Technical Design team to provide timely, accurate design and handover packs for delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with portfolio management to inform decisions on disposal, acquisition, demolition, and regeneration.
  • Prioritise the safety of colleagues, customers, and the public by ensuring compliance with all health and safety legislation.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in developing customer-focused services and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of investment management principles, including relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstratable leadership, people management, data, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience of property and investment planning within a housing association.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting requirements, including budget formulation, cost control, and value for money principles.
